We were privileged to have Peter speak to our Franchise Partners at our recent Lunch Lady Conference. Many said it was the learning hi-light of the event. His eight principles of C.A.R.E Leadership resonated with the group and I saw lots of nodding heads as I looked around the room. The biggest take away was about the importance of changing attitudes towards kitchen and delivery staff and acknowledging the role they play in our businesses.
