FAMILY HIKES 3 DAYS/2 NIGHTS INTO THE GRAND CANYON // EFRT EP 43
EPIC Family Road Trip Episode 43
In this episode we get our back country permit to do a 3 day and 2 night hike into the Grand Canyon. We pack our bags then head to the South Kaibab trail head where we begin the journey down South Kaibab Trial to the Bright Angel Campground where we set up camp for the night and enjoy a fun afternoon and night in camp and at Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Grand Canyon next to the Colorado River. The next morning we head out to the Bright Angel Trail where we begin the trek back to the top of the South Rim to Bright Angel Trailhead by first heading to Indian Garden Campground where we spend night 2 in the Grand Canyon before heading up the rest of the strenuous trail to the end of the hike on day 3!
